After rigorous review, all accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for publication in the form of conference proceedings, and then submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Submission Guidelines

• 论文篇幅不得少于4页。（下载论文模板）
• Papers must be at least 4 pages long. (Download Template)
• 会议仅接受英文投稿。
• The conference only accepts submissions in English.
• 每篇录用论文可享一名作者免费注册（用于口头或海报展示）。
• Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration (for oral or poster presentation).
• 付款后因个人原因撤稿将收取出版费用30%的服务费。
• A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
• 论文应具有学术或实用价值且未曾在其他地方发表。作者可自费使用CrossCheck、Turnitin等系统进行查重。
• Papers should be of academic or practical value and have not been published previously. Authors can use CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other systems for plagiarism checks at their own expense.
• 录用论文须在会议现场进行展示（海报或口头报告）方可进入出版流程。
• Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
• 论文须满足EI检索的基本要求，注重模型、数据、实验与数据分析。出版方对录用拥有最终决定权。
• Papers must meet the basic requirements for EI indexing, with a focus on models, data, experiments, and data analysis. The publisher has the final decision on acceptance.
